Cub Scout Pack 2 is chartered by Saint Anne's Parish Church in Littleton, Massachusetts. However, Scouting is a non-sectarian organization, and we have boys of many different faiths in the Pack. Pack 2 is part of the Massasoit District of the Nashua Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

 

We have a great program for boys in first through fifth grade. Most of our scouts attend either Shaker Lane School or Russell Street School in Littleton, but we welcome any boys in the area who are interested in Cub Scouting. Our Pack currently has about 30 scouts.

 

Cub Scouting is a family-oriented program that instills values such as citizenship, teamwork, honesty, respect, responsibility, and fitness, while being a lot of fun! The philosophy of Pack 2 is that scouting should be a game with a purpose. We want the boys to have a great time, while teaching them something along the way. We also believe that an important part of scouting is giving back to the community, through community service projects.

 

Our Pack's activities this year have included camping, hiking, sleeping overnight at the Museum of Science in Boston, fishing, a trip to an indoor water park, and bowling.

 

At our monthly Pack meetings, we've build air-powered rockets, visited a farm, learned about Native American culture, seen a magician, played with model trains, and ran a Pinewood Derby Race.
